Playoff Rankings
As there are crossover games between the divisions:
(a) If three teams in a division are 3-0, all three teams will make the final
(b) The fourth team will be the team from the other division that scored the most runs
(c) G1 will be the team scoring the most runs from each division
(d) If there are two unbeaten teams in a division the team scoring the most runs will play in G1
Time Limit and Run Limit
(e) No inning may start 15 minutes or less before the next game.
(f) In innings 1 to 6 a maximum of 3 runs may be scored per team per inning.
(g) If the 7th inning is started before the time limit the run limit is extended to 5.
Pinch Runners
(h) A pinch runner may be used after a player has safely reached base.
(i) The pinch runner must be provided before the first pitch to the next batter.
(j) A player may pinch run a maximum of one time per inning.
(k) Pinch runners may not steal. Pinch runners who attempt to steal will be declared an automatic out. Reasonable lead-offs are permitted, at the discretion of the umpires.
(l) Pinch runners may advance on a pitch that contacts the ground before making contact with the catcher’s mitt.
